Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the preceding twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ovaloop harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
